Reflective Meeting, March 2019

Girls Count a coalition of civil society organizations organized a reflective meeting on Non-Traditional Skills and Livelihoods which was scheduled on Tuesday, 12th March 2019 (10.00 am-2.00 pm) at Private Dining Hall, India International Centre (IIC-Main), New Delhi. The objective of this meeting was, together with a group of 30 coalition members, implementing NGOs, representatives of wider civil society groups as well as domain experts who work on livelihoods, gender justice and declining child sex ratio would like to review our strategies, and reflect on scope and opportunities around the Non-Traditional Skills and Livelihoods for women & girls. We also reflected on how coalition like us can collaborate with the existing networks and groups, and influence government policy through ground level intervention.
